Notification
After careful consideration and preliminary data-analysis of your location, your household has been selected to participate in a new government subsidized energy bill reduction program. The notice you have received serves to notify you of this new program.
Electricity cost in the United States has risen 45% in the past 4 years. This program aims to reduce your bill by 50%, as well as completely eliminating annual rate increases (per kWh) by your current electricity company. It replaces your current energy source with a renewable energy source installed on-site. The power generated will cost a fraction of what it would have been to obtain from the grid. You have the option to pay a flat-fee with a small escalator of 1-3.5%, or pay per kWh as you do with your current provider; but with a significantly lower per kWh rate.

Program Goals
The federal government is dedicating $3 Billion per year to this program, with the following goals:
- Reduce the load placed on the current electrical infrastructure.
- Reduce reliance on fossil fuels, specifically from the Middle-East, and non-democratic regimes such as Venezuela. The investment aims to reduce the costly political negotiations and foreign aids that enable the import of ever-increasingly scarce fossil fuel resources. In comparison to the military budget which exceeded $857 Billion, investing in the American people seems by far a better investment. Your participation will contribute greatly to the betterment of our country, and to bringing peace and stability to the world.
- Pressure from environmental activists, as well as businesses and homeowners alike, experiencing high energy bills.
